Step 1: Create Zap

In order to integrate MailChimp with Videopeel, create a Zap connecting the two apps so when a New Campaign Submission is received a new Campaign is created in MailChimp.

Step 2: Test Trigger

After authorizing Zapier with the API Key generated in the Settings Page of your VideoPeel application, you can test the trigger and it will pull the data from a recent submission!

Step 3: Connect to MailChimp

After connecting VideoPeel it will prompt you to connect your MailChimp account if you have not already done so. Grant Access.

Step 4: Create Campaign for MailChimp

You will be prompted to enter fields like Email, Subject etc.

For Email Content, if you wish to send one you already created via MailChimp you can select a template or copy the HTML code in the HTML Tab of your Campaign Editor in MailChimp.

Step 5: Verify Trigger

Verify that the data you have selected is corresponding to the correct fields!

Step 6: Campaign is Created!

A new campaign will be created for MailChimp but it won't be sent just yet!

Step 7: Create New Zap

Create a new Zap for when a Campaign is Created for MailChimp it is sent automatically!

Step 8: Test Trigger

Test your new MailChimp Zap as previously

Step 9: Send Campaign for MailChimp

Step 10: Test Trigger

Test that the campaign can be sent!

Step 11: And You’re Done!

Now you can send emails to whoever whenever a new submission is received!
