How To Read The Campaigns Tab

The Campaigns tab is the first thing you see when you log into VideoPeel. First login to your account. Once logged in, you’ll see a screen that looks similar to the screenshot below:

Below is an outline of how to read the Campaign Tab and its contents. Follow along with corresponding numbers.

One, Campaigns

As long as this tab is highlighted, you should be on the Campaign Tab. The Campaigns Tab includes high-level details of each campaign. We sometimes like to refer to this as the Campaign Library.

Two, Name Column:

This column refers to the name of your Campaign. Campaign names typically align with your overall goal, strategy, or specific product. Use a naming convention that works for you and your team.

Campaign Name Example:

Product | Date

It might look something like this:

VideoPeel Feedback | October 2024

Within this column, you can also sort alphabetically by Z-A or A-Z. All you need to do is click on the little arrows to the right of the column header “Name.”

Three, Date Created Column:

Here, you can sort by newest to oldest or oldest to newest. Click on the arrows to the right of the column name and sort by either option.

Four, Views Column:

This column represents how many times customers/clients clicked on the landing page link you sent to them to collect UGC.

Similar to the Date Created Column, you can sort this field using the arrow to the right of the Column name, as seen in the below example (sorted most views to least view):

.

Five, Total Views Videos:

This column represents how many customers/clients submitted a video after clicking on the landing page.

Similar to the Date Created Column, you can sort this field using the arrow to the right of the Column name, as seen in the below example (sorted most views to least view):

Six, Conversions Column:

The Conversions column represents the percentage of those who received the landing page link against the number of videos submitted.

This column is also sortable from lowest to highest or highest to the lowest, for example, below. All you need to do is click on the arrows to the right of the column name, as seen below:

Seven, Copy Link:

In this column, you can click on the words Copy Link to copy your campaign link. This link should be used when emailing or texting clients/customers for their feedback.

Eight, QR Code Column:

Each campaign has a unique QR code. QR codes are great for print, at events, and more. Read more about QR codes here.

Nine, Lastly …:

There are three tiny dots to the very far right of each campaign row, as seen below.

Hover over the three tiny dots. When you do so, the following box will appear:

Once the above box appears, you can choose to duplicate your campaign, delete your campaign, view all responses, and download all responses.
