As your videos start coming in, you will be notified and find them in your media tab. By simply clicking on the video, you will see a Viewer pop-up where you can view your video in context of all the data that was received for that video, and on the right you will be able to add and modify tags, and if you click on the Caption tab, you will be able to create versions of your video with captions.

On the Caption tab, you will see that you haven't generated any captions yet. To begin simply review how many captions you can process (which depends on what plan you're in. See our pricing page on the www.videopeel.com site for details or your billing page within your account) and then click on Generate Captions.

Generating captions can take a few minutes, but once it's complete, you will see a viewer where you can preview how the captions will look.

Simply scroll down to see the Caption Text, which you can modify if you find any spelling or transcription errors. Then, you can select what type of captions you want by selecting the Highlight Mode, Caption Style and Aspect Ration. You can preview your selections by playing the video in the viewer above. And then you can process the captions by clicking the "Process Video Button"

When your first Captions are processed you will see a link to download your new captioned video, move it to your video library or video plugin, or view your captioned video in your media tab.

This is where you can find your Captioned videos in your Media tab. There will be a Green Captions Label in your Media Tab for any videos that have captioned versions available. Then you can click the down arrow to the left of your video to open up a summary of all captioned versions. You can also download, delete, or add your captioned video to your video library and plugin from here.

See here for what your captioned video will look like in your Video Library, remember when you add a video to your Video Library, it will add it to the bottom of your list of videos, but you can simply move it up as needed.

Creating captions is a very powerful tool. It will help increase engagement of your videos and drive action.
