Offer a reward to your audience for spending their time responding to your video interview or video survey. After you approve the response, automatically send a gift card.
Enable Rewards
Begin by going to the edit view of your campaign. You will see the Rewards tab as shown below. Then click to enable rewards.
You must then enter your total budget for rewards in this campaign. This serves as a spend limit to make sure you don't spend beyond this amount.
Then, enter the amount you want to reward as a VISA gift card (min: $25, max: $500).
Your campaign will now show a $ Gift Card Reward as shown here:
And when your audience submits a response, they will get this notification.
And you will see the submission in your media tab, where you will be able to approve the submission. Only after you approve a submission and pay for the Gift Card value plus our small transaction fee by following the instructions, will the recipient receive the Visa Gift Card by email. For convenience, you can pay for one or more Gift Cards at once.
For reporting purposes you can access a history and status of all Gift Cards in your Campaign Editor Rewards tab. See below.
